Welcome to our cozy resource corner! The Novus Academy is dedicated to providing current evidence-based practices and research for the neurodivergent population. Learning Differently, Together, not only speaks to current Novus families but encompasses the learning difference community coming together to better serve individuals with learning differences. We aspire to be a resource in our community by providing educational resources for parents, professionals and community members as well as referral resources of mental health professionals, counselors, therapist and more!

Illuminate The Path 2024
Illuminate is an annual conference for educators, counselors, and other mental health professionals to share best practices, learn new strategies, and network with other professionals focused on improving student mental health and well-being. Professional development is a central point of the conference offering opportunities to learn new approaches, discuss new research and review essential practices in school counseling to address student mental health concerns.

DFW Camp Expo
The DFW Camp Expo is the largest annual Expo of Summer Camps, Summer Activities, and Family Friendly Businesses in the DFW area. The event hosts a number of owners and directors from around the metroplex to meet one on one with local families interested in summer activities and seasonal camps. Families will receive exclusive camp discounts to their chosen camp, secure early registration, and experience mini interactive activities at each booth!

Autism Resource Fair
AUsome Moms is a non-profit support group that provides education, social opportunities, and a safe online community for sharing experiences and advice. For 5 years, AUsome Moms has hosted their amazing Autism Resource Fair bringing together autism service providers, families, caregivers, and individuals affected by autism. This annual event provides a platform for networking and one on one discussions with families interested in learning more about the services and supports offered.
